Oboe Lessons & English Horn Lessons

Let's Play Music
offers oboe lessons, English horn lessons, flute lessons, clarinet lessons and recorder lessons. Lung capacity and students size are factors that determine the right age to start these lessons. 5 year olds can start on a recorder and when they have enough lung capacity, they can move on to clarinet. Usually kids are about 8 when they can start clarinet, or flute lessons. Supplementing the lessons with piano is always beneficial.
With oboe lessons, students learn:
- sight reading
- memorization
- music theory
- improvisation
- timing rhythm and more!

Students are able to use our Student Achievment System encouraging goals that students can accomplish and receive recognition. We also encourage duet and ensemble playing.
