Saxophone & Woodwind Lessons

Let's Play Music
offers saxophone lessons, clarinet lessons, flute lessons, oboe lessons and recorder lessons. Lung capacity and students size are factors that determine the right age to start these lessons. 5 year olds can start on a recorder and when they have enough lung capacity, they can move on to clarinet. Usually kids are about 8 when they can start saxophone, clarinet, or flute lessons. Supplementing the lessons with piano is always beneficial.
With saxophone lessons, students learn:
- sight reading
- memorization
- music theory
- improvisation
- timing, rhythm and more!
- We always make music lessons fun!
Students are able to use our Student Achievment System encouraging goals that students can accomplish and receive recognition. We also encourage duet and ensemble playing.
