Trumpet & Brass Lessons
Ages 9 to Adult
Let's Play Music offers instruction on all brass instruments, trumpet, trombone, french horn, tuba, and more. Students are usually about 9 or 10 before they have the lung capacity and size to play a brass instrument. We offer all the same programming and quality instruction that we offer to all other instrumentalists. Knowledge of the piano is helpful for these lessons as well.
With trumpet lessons, students learn:
- sight reading
- memorization
- intonation
- embouchure
- music theory
- improvisation
- timing rhythm and more
- We always make music lessons fun!
Students are able to use our Student Achievment System encouraging goals that students can accomplish and receive recognition. We also encourage duet and ensemble playing. Students can also perform in our recitals.
